While talking to a friend the other day, I was introduced to the kickstarter campaign for Republique, a game that was originally designed to be a console-grade game for iOS systems (iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad), until they decided to make PC and Mac versions as well.
It looks to me like it’s going to be a very interesting game, not really like anything I can think of on the market at this moment. Hope is a girl trying to escape a dystopian, totalitarian city, and she has called on you for help. Secretly taking control of the surveillance system, your help is to help her escape–by using cameras to see what paths are safe, closing doors on pursuers, etc. The story and gameplay both sound intriguing.
Kickstarter campaigns like this are a wonderful thing, but they can only work if people support them. At the time that I’m writing this, Republique still needs to make over half of its goal, and it has a week left to do it in.
I’m not asking you to do anything more than visit the site and view the trailer. Maybe you’ll find you want to read more about the game, or watch the creators talk about their plans. After that, it’s up to you to decide if the game looks worth supporting or not.

It looks like you’ve misspelled the word “Phantasia” on your website. I thought you would like to know :). Silly mistakes can ruin your site’s credibility. I’ve used a tool called SpellScan.com in the past to keep mistakes off of my website.

Where have I misspelled Phantasia?
