Although I haven’t played Fuga: Melodies of Steel yet, it’s one I’ve meant to check out for a while now, a turn-based RPG set in the Little Tail Bronx universe.
Well, CyberConnect 2 has now officially revealed the sequel.
This isn’t actually the first time it’s been mentioned. Back in March, they announced that they would be making Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 and eventually Fuga: Melodies of Steel 3.
The news surprised me, since I heard it sold poorly. It seems that CyberConnect 2 really loves the series and will continue to make them on their own, while working on licensed games for other companies.
There aren’t any details about the second game yet, but the website is now open. Information will come on July 28, possibly during the Fuga: Melodies of Steel anniversary broadcast.
A demo for the first game is available now as well. The Fuga: Melodies of Steel demo lets you play up to Chapter 3 and transfer your progress to the full game, so it sounds like a great way to give Fuga a try.
